We are proud to be the only Chiropractic office in the Metro Jackson area to offer Reformer Pilates on site under physician supervision.

We initially offered this valuable service to all our patients who needed additional strengthening to fully rehabilitate their injuries, however, we are now making this service available to a limited number of people interested in a more private setting with one-on-one attention and or semi private sessions. This type of setting is preferable for people with special needs or injuries and limitations.

Our instructors are certified, have many years of experience in injury rehabilitation with additional qualifications in many other disciplines.
